CNC HOBBING MACHINE

The innovative AFFOLTER AF160 hob cutting machine has 8 CNC Leste axes controlled by an industrial PC and a new AFFOLTER CNC Pegasus control of last generation.

This machine features up to 9,000 rpm cutting and dual direct-drive torque motor work spindles, which is ideal for small gear parts up to 2 /12.7 dp. module.

It is the largest and most versatile of AFFOLTER range gear hobbing machine, while remaining the most compact on the market. It produces microtechnology gears such as pinions, wheels, cylinders, shafts, and worms in either medium-sized or large runs.
